His extensive background in multinational banks’ corporate finance, debt origination, project financing, and investment advisory has positioned him as a trusted leader in the industry.
Haroon specializes in structuring complex financial transactions, bringing deep expertise in bank financing, corporate debt solutions, and mergers & acquisitions. His strong grasp of both conventional and Islamic finance enables him to craft tailored financial strategies that meet the evolving needs of businesses.
Over the course of his career, Haroon has successfully developed and managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, leading impactful transactions in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, and Real Estate, Contracting, Healthcare, Education. His proficiency extends to trade and commodity finance, financing against shares, capital restructuring, and Islamic finance structures.
He has played a crucial role in structured finance solutions for Greenfield projects, large-scale industrial developments, and corporate buyouts, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
